FLOWERY BRANCH - The Flowery Branch City Council has approved a list of projects to be funded by an extension of the Special Purchase Local Option Sales Tax which is to be voted on in March.<br />
<br />
The countywide referendum, which will include countywide projects and some from other municipalities in Hall County, is scheduled March 17.<br />
<br />
The Flowery Branch list includes projects totaling $4.2 million. It is broken down this way:<br />
<br />
*$1.6 million for municipal buildings<br />
*$1.3 million for water-sewer infrastructure<br />
*$1.1 million for roads, streets and bridges<br />
*$231,000 for public safety facilities and equipment<br />
