Indictment details released in Forsyth Co. DUI fatal wreck

CUMMING - Details have been released in a grand jury indictment handed down against a Forsyth County teen involved in a fatal traffic accident on June 1st.<br />

17-year-old Adam Robert Joseph Di Millo has been indicted on three counts of First Degree Vehicular Homicide, two counts of Driving Under the Influence, one count of Reckless Driving and one count of Possession of Alcohol by a minor.<br />
<br />
In the accident Di Millo lost control of the vehicle he was driving that Sunday morning off Kelly Mill Road around 1:00 a.m.<br />
<br />
One of the passengers, 17-year-old Paul Castell, Jr. of Dawsonville, died in the wreck. The group of five teens were coming back from a party.<br />
<br />
These indictments join previous charges of driving too fast for condition, failure to maintain lane, seat belt violation and two separate counts violation of Class D restrictions.<br />
