GAINESVILLE - The family of a missing Hall County man is hoping a reward will help generate some clues in the disappearance of the 19-year-old.<br />

Taylor Kapiloff was last seen Tuesday afternoon, according to Hall County Sheriff's Office authorities. They said he left the family home around 3 p.m. with a firearm; the family told authorities they believed Kapiloff was suicidal.<br />

In a press statement released via the family's pastor, Dr. Tom Smiley of Lakewood Baptist Church, Kapiloff's parents pleaded for their son to return home.<br />
<br />
"We are very concerned about our son, and we love him so very much. We are very anxious to learn more about Taylor's whereabouts," the statement said.<br />

"We want him to know that he is very loved and needed, and it is so very important that he return home."<br />
<br />
While law enforcement personnel have conducted air and ground searches for Kapiloff, volunteer teams also have assisted in the search for Kapiloff.<br />
<br />
"The Georgia Appalachian Trail Club search and rescue team has been a tremendous resource as has been the Hall Co. Sheriff's department along with the DNR. We are touched by their support, professionalism and genuine care. We are blessed to have had over 40 volunteers searching the surrounding area," the statement said. <br />

The statement also requested that anyone with information contact the Hall County Sheriff's Office, and it noted that the family is offering a reward for information regarding Kapiloff's whereabouts.<br />
