Annual burn ban ending in Hall, other Ga. counties

GAINESVILLE - The annual summer ban on outdoor burning in Hall and a number of other north and central Georgia counties will be lifted effective Wednesday. The ban is in place each year May 1-September 30.<br /> <br /> However, permits are required from both the City of Gainesville and Hall County for any outdoor burning.
