CLERMONT - Hall and Banks County authorities Monday afternoon confirmed that a chase related to an apparent home invasion in Banks County ended with two subjects in custody.
The two suspects, 34-year-old Tommy Woodruff of New Mexico, and 37 year old Debbie Bostick of Canton, Ga., face felony charges in both Hall and Banks counties. Banks County Sgt. Carissa McFaddin said the two are in custody at the Banks County Law Enforcement Center.
The Banks County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about an apparent home invasion at about 3:45 p.m. in Lula, then another call about a burglary in Homer, McFaddin said. Banks County issued a BOLO for the suspect vehicle.

According to Deputy Nicole Bailes with the Hall County Sheriff's Office, an S.O. traffic unit spotted a vehicle that was the subject of the look-out.

"Hall County advised that they were in pursuit of a vehicle matching that description," said McFaddin. "Apparently once they got the BOLO, they were able to locate the vehicle in the Lula area, and that is where the chase began."

Bailes said the chase ended when the car ultimately wrecked in the area of Holly Springs Road in the Clermont area.
McFaddin said that currently, Woodruff and Bostick face burglary charges, however, more charges are pending.
