This is a change of ownership. Georgia law required a CFSM on staff within 90 days of permitting two employees certified. Satisfies this requirement. Hall County Environmental Health Dept. offers a basic food safety course free to employees within 3 months of permitting

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.

The Hall County Environmental Health Department will be offering ServSafe classes on April 5th and 6th, 2006 (2-day attendance). Please call for more information and to register at (770) 531-3973. There is a limit of 40 persons. Future classes will be announced at a later date.
